If your building is split into flats, you may need a Building Management service.
We arrange all contractors such as cleaners, gardeners and plumbers to ensure that the daily needs of your building are taken care of.
We set up a Client account on your behalf and prepare management accounts annually before sending out Service Charge demands to each resident. Collection of the Service Charge is taken care of by us.
Occasionally, you may require works to be carried out on your building. We will Project Manage any works that you require from start to finish including preparing and obtaining tenders, supervising ongoing works and ensuring that everything is completed on time and within budget.
