Removal

We will obtain quotations from a selection of reputable removal companies so that you can see what is available and for what price. Once appointed, we will then work with the Removal Company to ensure that all aspects of the move are taken care of, from beginning to end.

Utilities

You also won’t need to worry about dealing with the mundane tasks such as taking meter readings and switching utilities or services from your old home to your new home; we take care of this for you. We will also assist in setting up new accounts & Direct Debits, residents permits, council tax, TV licences, telephone, broadband, Sky and other satellite systems, and arranging buildings and contents insurance.

Maintenance Contracts and Warranties

We also take care of setting up maintenance contracts and warranties for your new home so that should anything go wrong, the right people are on hand to deal with problems as they happen.

Staff

You may also need to find new staff to work with you at your new home. We will work with you to understand your exact needs and then source, pre-screen and shortlist suitable candidates for you to meet before making any decisions. We draw up the Contracts of Employment, carry out security checks on the individual, check references and set up payroll.

House Manuals

Many of our clients have expensive art, furniture and finishes in their homes which need specialist care. We prepare House Manuals which describe in detail how staff should carry out cleaning.

Inventories

We carry out detailed inventories of contents to ensure they are correctly insured. This involves taking photographs and recording their location, condition and value.
