We take full responsibility for the running of our clients' London homes.
This involves routine, domestic responsibilities such as managing the cleaning and gardening, visiting your property regularly and ensuring that everything is as you would wish it upon your return: beds aired, the fridge stocked and fresh flowers in the vases.
We take care of all paperwork, making payments on your behalf and preparing accounts for your inspection.
In addition – though still as part of our Core Service – we arrange and oversee minor maintenance projects, sort your post, provide access for deliveries and tradesmen and act as your secure key holder.

We are happy to act as your London Personal Assistant. Five hours of Concierge Service time each month is included within our Core Service. Beyond that, our time is charged on an hourly basis.
